The MT50 (MT5 in some markets) was Honda's trail-styled 49 cc two-stroke moped, aimed squarely at teenage riders and built in Europe for two decades. It was especially popular in Scandinavia and the Netherlands, with restricted versions for learners. Comfortable and well braked for its class, it was cheaper than most rivals but slow away from the lights and on hills.
